第六节 严重过敏反应的治疗（第2页）

1。使用低渗性的造影剂。

2。用药前的13h、7h和1h分别口服强地松50mg。

3。用药前1h口服苯海拉明50mg。

4。用药前1h口服沙丁胺醇4mg（禁用于有心肌缺血或心律失常病史的患者）。

5。具备急救措施。

五、其他

严格用药指征，避免滥用药物，减少过敏反应发生的机会。

婴幼儿预防接种后要注意休息，避免剧烈运动或劳累，若有高热或异常反应时应及时到医院就诊。预防运动诱发过敏反应最好的办法是限制运动，尤其是在温暖、潮湿的天气或者在先兆症状时立即停止运动。
